Best paired with hot choco or matcha latte, Henrich’s Sticky Bibingka is a must try snack in GenSan and it is the favorite among the locals.

This Pinoy rice cake is not only affordable but is undeniably delicious, cooked to perfection from top to bottom. The flavor is not comparable to its size, because despite the thinness of the sticky bibingka, the taste seems like a giant scrumptious pie. Tastefully dawdling inside your mouth, the softness leaves an extra pleasure to match the sweetness of coconut shreds.

Henrich’s Sticky Bibingka is by far the best sticky bibingka I’ve tried and I can’t wait for the launching of its Ube flavor soon. I also heard that they’re working on opening their third store in GenSan.
